As a provider of geochemical and mineralogical testing services, MS Analytical is committed to delivering quality results and outstanding level of personalized service to our customers. MS Analytical will meet this objective by providing expected turnaround, quality results, and dedicated customer service while maintaining the security of the samples and results whilst in our care.  We recognize that our clients entrust their projects to us and through the implementation of the following, our quality management system strives to continually improve:

– Internal quality control, method validation and training programs
– Participation in regular national and international proficiency testing programs and
– Ongoing auditing and annual managerial review of our quality policies and procedures

We are pleased to announce that MS Analytical recently completed the requirements of ISO 17025:2005 accreditation for certain methods. We continue to expand the scope of packages covered by this accreditation.  We understand that the feedback of our clients is vital to our operations and we are committed to actively soliciting that feedback.  In adddition, all MS Analytical employees are an integral part of the quality system and embrace the underlying philosophies of providing our clients with a quality experience and results that exceed
expectations.
